I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
Oops! After checkout, you should be able to immediately download your ebooks. Can't download your story right away? No worries! A Thank You/Confirmation email has been sent immediately after your purchase. In this email you will find a receipt of your purchases, along with links designated for each story!
We allow redownloads for up to 30 days. If you're still unable to find your products, please contact us as we'd love to get your products to you as soon as we can!
Are downloads free?
Yes! All of our ebooks can be purchased world-wide and dowloaded immediately. Cheers to immediate satisfaction!
Oopsies! I messed up some of the details on my order. How can I update it?
That's okay! You can help us catch and update the error! Please email our naughty support crew as soon as possible by contacting us.

Not sure where to start? No problem! After checkout, download your books and read them on platforms that accept .epub formats, such as kindle, apple books, etc.

How old do you have to legally be to buy an ebook?
To shop for naughty ebooks, you will need to be the legal age of 18 years old.
By shopping with us and agreeing to our terms of sale, you're confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. If we have reason to believe you are younger than 18, we have the right to turn down your order.
I subscribed to your email list, how do I un-subscribe?
We get it, emails can be super annoying. When you receive one of our emails, at the very bottom will be options to unsubscribe to the Naughty Newsletter. You click the link and you're free to go, my little bunnie. You can also contact us here and we will manually remove your email from our list for you.
I purchased a book from Amazon, Lulu, or Apple Books, but I can't download the rest of my story. What do I do?
Gah that's annoying! Must be a glitch.
